I am just starting with my brand new server and i had a question on setting up the DNS Nameserver.
The first thing i did was i went to server beach's dns tool and set-up a domain that i want to host on my own server. I used there default "ns1.geodns.net".
I then typed in the address mylesortho.com as the domain i want to host and added it and set ip up as "master" Then i used the IP Address i got in the e-mail, server beach sent me when they first set-up my server and used that IP address "69.44.57.44".
Then i went to my registrar and typed in the new DNS Nameserver of "ns1.geodns.net"
Did i do this correctly so far?
When i want to host another site will i do the exact same thing and use the exact same IP Address again?
When i get confirmation that i have done everything correctly i will go to the next step and log in to my Web Host Manager for the first time and set-up the domain there. Then i will upload the web site and try to log in thru cPanel.
Thanks in advance for your help
