HORDE webmail throwing error

I'm getting

Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/horde.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/:.') in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 588

when customers are trying to use HORDE via their cPanel.

Is there something obvious I should be looking for before I start screwing with things? Could this be an installation issue?

Check the ownership and permissions of horde.php .. it should be owned by "cpanel" and the permissions should be 644 (rw-r--r--)

You're welcome! I actually seen this posted on the cPanel forums recently..and often. So I'm not too sure what's going on with it, but that seems to be the fix. :)


and on that note...it's way passed my bedtime....
