Anyone know of a good billing application that runs on Windows? I've been trying for days to get PerlDesk to run (Haven't tried PerlBill, but I'm expecting the same problems). It's really written for *nix. Lots of require statements need to be modified for Windows, which I'd rather not mess with... I've been looking at ClientExec which looks OK. There really doesn't seem to be anything decent out there in ASP.NET or ASP. Anyone have any suggestions?
