Network Issues 2008-05-15
We are aware that some customers using Cox Communications are experiencing network issues at this time. Our engineers are currently investigating this matter and I will be posting updates as I receive them.

For those of you experiencing issues, please do the following:
Login to your MyServerBeach portal and submit a ticket that includes a traceroute and the name of your provider.
We believe the problem has been identified as an internal secondary routing issue. Our teams are working quickly to get this resolved.

Fixes are near complete and your secondary IPs should be working momentarily if not already. I will be making an official post shortly with more details.
