Plesk Version 10 Concerns
We've had a couple of requests regarding the new Plesk 10 version that has been released. If you are thinking of upgrading your control panel, or already have, please keep these things in mind:
- As of right now we currently do not support Plesk 10
- Upgrading to version 10 will most likely break your current license
- The only way to revert the upgrade is to perform an OS reload
We do plan on providing support for this eventually, but no exact date can be given at this time. Stay tuned for updates regarding this topic!

Update?
Is Plesk 10.x still unsupported by ServerBeach?
Would migration from Plesk 8.6 to a new server running 10.x be viable?
And finally, why are RedHat and CentOS supported, not Ubuntu?
Thanks in advance,
- Dan

Hey Dan,
We currently do not officially support Plesk 10, but we CAN provide the license key for it if needed.
As for the installation with Ubuntu and Plesk - I believe this isn't currently supported because our product teams found some issues with stability, but I will gladly ask them tomorrow morning if there are any other clear reasons so I can give you some more information.

Thanks David, I appreciate the legwork and any information you can forward.
We currently use Plesk 8.6 on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS 32-bit. It's remarkably stable.
We'd like to migrate to Plesk 10.4 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64-bit. Yeah, that's a lot of change.
Parallels didn't support Ubuntu 10.04 LTS until the Plesk 10.x series. I'm betting that is the major sticking point at ServerBeach. The only compatibility issue I could find on Parallel's support forum and other online resources is a minor issue with BIND DNS and Ubuntu's AppArmor:

Hi David,
Thanks for the legwork! Any information you could provide would be most appreciated.
We are currently using Plesk 8.6 on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS 32-bit. It has been remarkably stable. Ideally we would like to migrate to Plesk 10.4 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64-bit. Yeah, that is a lot of change.
Parallels did not support Ubuntu 10.04 LTS until Plesk 10.0. Since ServerBeach has been using 10.04 LTS for a year now but doesn't yet support Plesk 10.x, I'm guessing that is the sticking point.
After researching on Parallel's support forums and other online resources, the only issue I found was with BIND DNS and AppArmor:
