Change the email address in my zone records?

How do I change the email address that appears on the "zone management record"? When I look at a whois (for example at http://www.networksolutions.com/whoi...planetmike.com ) near the top of results you see a few lines that say:
Domain Services Provided By:
Michael Clark, domains -at- planetmike.com

I need to change the "domains -at- planetmike.com portion because it is getting overwhelmed with spam. Dotster says I need to talk with whoever runs NS1.GEODNS.NET NS2.GEODNS.NET.

Hey Mike!

Actually this contact information needs to be changed at your domain registrar. There should be contact information fields you can change with them. The only option you have with our DNS tool is the Hostmaster option, where you can provide an email address.

Your best bet would also be to purchase domain name WHOIS Privacy - you'll end up with something similar:
